Accessibility

A clearer career story should be easier to access.

This statement covers the accessibility direction for Vauntless Career Studio public pages, intake flows, hosted client sites, documents, and third-party service touchpoints.

01

Commitment

Vauntless Career Studio is intended to help people present their professional stories clearly. That includes making the public website, intake experience, and hosted client sites usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

The goal is to follow practical accessibility principles aligned with WCAG guidance, including readable content, clear structure, keyboard-friendly navigation, sufficient contrast, descriptive links, and meaningful page titles.

02

Current accessibility priorities

Vauntless Career Studio aims to use semantic page structure, clear headings, readable typography, responsive layouts, visible focus states where applicable, descriptive button and link text, and color contrast that supports readability.

The site uses motion and animation as part of the design language. Motion should support the experience without preventing access to important content.

03

Hosted client sites

Hosted client sites should be built with clean sections, readable headings, accessible text contrast, descriptive links, meaningful metadata, and layouts that work across desktop and mobile.

Client-provided materials such as headshots, uploaded documents, and linked third-party content may affect accessibility. Vauntless Career Studio may request alternative text, clearer files, or revised content when needed.

04

Documents and downloads

Vauntless Career Studio may provide resume PDFs or other downloadable assets. The goal is to keep exported documents clean, readable, and structured, but PDF accessibility can depend on source content, export tooling, and client-provided materials.

If a client or visitor needs an alternative format, they should contact Vauntless Career Studio so a reasonable solution can be discussed.

05

Third-party services

Some parts of the service may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, ID.me, Clerk, Google, scheduling tools, embedded media, or other integrations. Those providers control their own accessibility practices.

Vauntless Career Studio will aim to choose reputable providers and provide alternate paths where practical if a third-party flow creates an accessibility barrier.

06

Known limitations

Vauntless Career Studio is still evolving. Some pages, animations, forms, generated documents, third-party integrations, or client-uploaded materials may need additional review as the product moves toward production.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time checkbox.

07

Feedback and requests

If you experience an accessibility issue, need information in another format, or have trouble using a page, contact VCS@1fishergroup.com with the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it.

Vauntless Career Studio will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility feedback and address barriers in a practical timeframe.
