The rules for using Vauntless Career Studio.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vauntless Career Studio, a service operated by 1Fisher Group LLC. By visiting the website, purchasing a plan, submitting an intake form, applying to be a mentor, participating in coaching or events, or using a Vauntless Career Studio-hosted site, you agree to these terms.

If you are using Vauntless Career Studio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Vauntless Career Studio provides managed personal branding services, including public personal branding sites, ATS-oriented resume support, AI-assisted professional bios, optional LinkedIn support, custom domain support, coaching, mentor programming, events, headshot coordination, and related services.

A required alignment call may be part of the service after submitted materials are reviewed. This call helps confirm goals, target roles, tone, priorities, and positioning before final build or publication.

Authenticated Vauntless CP access may be used to review editable content, request updates, manage approved materials, or support client-facing content workflows as account functionality is enabled.

Specific features, timelines, pricing, and deliverables may vary by plan, add-on, availability, and the information provided by the client.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

If authentication is enabled through Clerk, Google, or another provider, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Plans may include a setup fee and recurring monthly subscription. Add-ons may be one-time, recurring, quoted, or member-benefit services depending on the offer.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize applicable charges, taxes, subscription fees, renewals, and add-on charges.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewals. Any price changes that affect an active subscription will be handled according to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

A hosted client site remains live while the associated subscription is active and in good standing. If payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or these terms are violated, Vauntless Career Studio may suspend or unpublish the hosted site.

Setup fees generally cover work already performed, including intake review, writing, design, platform setup, and publishing. Unless a separate written refund policy or agreement applies, setup fees and completed service fees are not automatically refundable.

Clients keep exported deliverables provided to them, such as resume PDFs or other downloadable assets, but Vauntless Career Studio retains ownership of the platform, templates, code, hosting configuration, and system infrastructure.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information, files, resumes, headshots, credentials, work history, achievements, links, and other materials you submit.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use your materials. You should not submit confidential, classified, restricted, infringing, false, misleading, or unlawful content.

You grant Vauntless Career Studio permission to use submitted materials as needed to provide services, create drafts, publish approved client sites, generate resumes or bios, communicate with you, and support your account.

Client sites are intended to be public once published. Search engines, recruiters, hiring managers, referral partners, and other visitors may access information approved for publication.

Custom domain setup may require DNS changes, registrar access, verification records, and third-party domain-provider cooperation. Vauntless Career Studio is not responsible for outages or delays caused by domain registrars, DNS providers, third-party hosting providers, or incorrect client-provided information.

Vauntless Career Studio may remove, suspend, or refuse to publish content that appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with the service.

Vauntless Career Studio and 1Fisher Group LLC retain all rights in the platform, templates, code, design system, workflows, software, brand assets, and hosting infrastructure.

Clients retain rights to their underlying personal information, submitted materials, and exported deliverables provided for their own use, subject to any third-party rights.

Vauntless Career Studio may use non-confidential learnings, ideas, feedback, and aggregated or de-identified information to improve the service.

Some drafts, summaries, bios, and resume language may be generated or assisted by AI tools. AI-assisted content receives human review and editing as part of the service, but users should still review final deliverables before use.

Vauntless Career Studio does not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be error-free, unique, accepted by employers, or successful in any hiring process.

Vauntless Career Studio may provide coaching, mentor calls, networking events, recruiter conversations, and related programming. These services are educational, strategic, and supportive in nature.

Vauntless Career Studio does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, security clearances, admissions, referrals, investor interest, media coverage, or other outcomes.

Mentors, coaches, recruiters, speakers, and event participants may be independent third parties. Their views, advice, availability, and conduct are their own unless otherwise stated.

You may not use Vauntless Career Studio to submit or publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative, infringing, malicious, spammy, or harmful content.

You may not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass security, scrape at scale, reverse engineer the service, upload malware, misrepresent identity or credentials, or use the service in a way that harms Vauntless Career Studio, clients, providers, or other users.

Vauntless Career Studio may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, authentication, verification, email, file storage, AI content generation, analytics, domains, and related operations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Vauntless Career Studio is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Vauntless Career Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, search ranking, indexing speed, ATS performance, employer response, or career outcomes.

Vauntless Career Studio is not a law firm, financial advisor, immigration advisor, tax advisor, recruiting agency, background-check provider, or employment agency unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vauntless Career Studio and 1Fisher Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Vauntless Career Studio and 1Fisher Group LLC for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the user to Vauntless Career Studio for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vauntless Career Studio, 1Fisher Group LLC, and their owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims arising out of your submitted materials, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Vauntless Career Studio may update the service, pricing, plans, features, providers, and these terms over time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

Continuing to use the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state or district where 1Fisher Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
