01

What subprocessors are

Subprocessors are third-party service providers that may process personal information or service data on behalf of Vauntless Career Studio so the platform can operate.

This page identifies current or planned categories of providers. The exact provider list may change as the product moves from development to production.

02

Hosting and deployment

Vercel may be used for application hosting, deployment, edge routing, domain configuration, SSL support, logs, and related platform operations.

Hosted public pages and client sites may be served through Vercel infrastructure.

03

Database and storage

Neon may be used for PostgreSQL database hosting, including tenant records, intake records, site data, subscription status, and related application data.

Vercel Blob or a similar storage provider may be used for uploaded resumes, headshots, documents, and other file assets submitted through the platform.

04

Payments

Stripe may be used for checkout, payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, payment method management, fraud prevention, and related billing records.

Vauntless Career Studio does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

05

Email and communications

Resend or a similar email provider may be used to send intake links, transactional emails, mentor application notices, support messages, and service updates.

Email providers may process names, email addresses, message content, delivery metadata, and related communication information.

06

Authentication

Clerk, Google OAuth, or similar authentication providers may be used for account creation, sign-in, session management, identity signals, and account security.

If Google sign-in is enabled, Vauntless Career Studio expects to request only the minimum user information needed for authentication and account operation unless additional scopes are clearly disclosed.

07

Veteran verification

ID.me or a similar verification provider may be used to verify military or veteran eligibility for discounted pricing.

Vauntless Career Studio uses the verification result needed to provide eligibility-based pricing and does not need detailed military records for normal operation.

08

AI-assisted drafting

Anthropic or similar AI providers may be used to draft professional bios, resumes, summaries, and related content from client-provided intake materials.

AI providers may process only the materials reasonably necessary to create requested drafts and support the service.

09

Analytics, security, and operations

Vauntless Career Studio may use analytics, logging, monitoring, error tracking, spam prevention, rate limiting, and security providers to understand product performance and protect the platform.

Specific providers should be added to this page as they are selected for production.

10

Professional service partners

Vauntless Career Studio may work with coaches, mentors, recruiters, speakers, photographers, event venues, or operational contractors when those partners are needed to provide requested services.

Information shared with professional service partners should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for coaching, mentoring, events, headshots, support, or related services.

11

Updates to this list

This subprocessor list may be updated when Vauntless Career Studio adds, removes, or changes service providers. Production providers should be listed more specifically as vendor choices are finalized.
